“Clarke Dove have worked with TIC since 2016 and have always found everyone within the company to be most helpful, knowledgeable and above all else friendly. Back in 2016 TIC replaced our old telephone system with an office based voice over IP system from NEC. The installation and training was well managed. On the day of installation everything was overseen on site by Richie who made sure we were all happy before he left site. From that day forward we were always encouraged to call if we needed anything changing on the system and we had quarterly calls from our customer relationship manager to make sure we were happy.

Covid 19 meant we all had to work from home and we asked TIC to implement a temporary change to the phone system to have all our calls diverted to managers’ mobile phones.
